Recruitment is decentralised in each Operating Division and region. We value a flexible and reactive structure for our teams and applicants, who are quickly informed of career opportunities.

The recruitment process covers 4 distinct validation stages, including a technical test. 

These interviews are led by operational managers who validate the suitability of the applicant’s profile to the position in question. This selective process allows us to attract the best talents.
